All About Dogs All About Dogs is the biggest fun weekend ever for dogs and people.  There is so much you can take part in with your pet.   It really doesn’t matter if your dog can just sit or lie down, or if you are a serious enthusiast or even a professional – you will find something that will take you and your dogs fancy.

The show which is hosted and organised by the renowned Essex Dog Display Team, is now firmly established as a premier event within the canine calendar and is attracting  many thousands of spectators and competitors from throughout the British Isles.  It looks set to be yet another blockbuster with the whole show is designed to promote responsible dog ownership on a look, listen and take part basis and have lots of fun.

PETER PURVES EVENT COMMENTATOR - The show’s star commentator, Peter Purves will keep everybody informed brilliantly as usual about the shows activities. Peter said, "All About Dogs is incredibly well organised, but you would not expect anything else from the Essex Dog Display Team – they are real ‘doggie people’.  . I am delighted to be associated with the event".

The entry fee is just £6.00 for adults and £4.00 for children each day – which is amazing value for such a prestigious and action packed show. You are very welcome to bring your dogs along and take part.

The vast showground will once again be jammed packed with arenas and will include demonstrations, displays and competitions from most disciplines of the dog world. If you like fast and furious action, flyball, huskies in harness and terrier racing will be for you. Have-a-go rings for the public include, obedience, agility, show, hide and seek, searching, and a scurry course - to name but a few, and a massive companion show on both days with Saturday including several obedience rings.

Go to the In and Around section and you can view more details on each section.

Children are very welcome to attend this event because they are the future dog owners and the more information they can receive early, the fewer problems they are likely to have with their dogs later in life. The public are welcome to bring along their own well mannered dogs. No dogs in season please.

The show is open from 10am until 6pm each day. The organisers have the right to change or alter any part of the event without prior notice and refuse entry to any person or dog who may in their opinion be detrimental to responsible dog ownership.   You would be mad to miss All About Dogs 2008 and your dog would be very annoyed!!!
